As the 2020-2021 Athletic Season begins please keep in mind that the health requirements are a little bit different this year due to the COVID-19 Pandemic. If you have a valid sports physical on file from the 2019-2020 School Year, you will NOT be required to obtain a new one. However, you will be required to complete the MHSAA Sports Health Questionnaire prior to participation. If you do NOT have a valid sports physical on file from 2019-2020 School Year you will be required to obtain a new one. Current guidelines require all athletes and spectators to wear a mask. Any refusal to comply to this rule will result in being removed from the event.
