Our 4th graders had a fantastic field trip to Oakley, organized by the Mid Michigan Old Gas Tractor Association. The trip aimed to teach students about life in the past. Throughout the day, they explored 24 different stations, learning about the tools, skills, and methods that rural families used to secure food, clothing, and shelter in the early 20th century. It was an exciting way for them to connect with history and understand how people lived back then! #WeAreMerrill #VandalPride

🌟 Friendly Reminder: Early Release on Friday, 9/13! 🌟 Just a heads-up that there will be an early release for all schools at 1:30pm this Friday to give students and staff time to get ready for Homecoming celebrations! 🎉 **Daycare will be closing at 3:00pm, there will be no after-school care** 🕔 The parade kicks off at 5:00pm, followed by the varsity football game at 7:00pm.
