Did you know that simply walking 30 minutes every day can have a great impact on your health? Frequent brisk walks can boost your brain power, make you more productive, and lower health care costs by reducing a wide range of health risks! This winter we will be opening up the Middle/High School hallways on weeknights and weekends to the community! Check out the flyer below for more information! We can't wait to walk with you! #WeAreMerrill #VandalPride

Merrill's Health Resource Advocate was able to spend a couple of hours at our middle school last week and commented how awesome it was! She said our students were very polite & they are crushing the BWell program. Ms. Robinson has been an integral part of getting it up and running in Merrill. We wanted to recognize for several students for their outstanding participation in the StepUp & BWell program for the month of September. The top 3 Merrill movers for September were.: Lexi Monk, Seth McFadden, and Jacob Matilla-Gonzalez and we wanted to recognize the entire 6th, 7th, and8th grade girls weight training class! Congratulations to everyone on a job well done!
